We are often asked...

1. When does the chef arrive?

The chef will arrive approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure the party can start on time.

2. Can you cook indoors??

We are not allowed to cook indoors. Please contact customer service for specific arrangements.

3. What if the number of guests is less than 10?

We will increase the portion size or quality of packages for 8 people or fewer.

4. What is the minimum number of participants or minimum amount for each party?

A booking should have at least 10 participants or $600 per event.

5. How Big Of Party A Can You Do?

While most of our parties are house parties between 10-100 people we have hosted events with as many as 300 people.

6. Are nuts or sesame used in the food?

No, our dishes are completely free of nuts and sesame. Please inform your booking agent of any other specific allergies in advance..

7. What is the maximum number of participants per event?

We can serve hundreds of participants at a time. However, if a booking has a large number of participants, we may have multiple chefs at your event.

8. Should I put in a deposit for a booking?

We will collect the corresponding deposit. For details, please contact customer service.

9. Can I cancel the reservation?

If you want to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the event

10. Do you charge a travel fee?

We do not charge any travel expenses.

11. Can we bring our own meat or seafood?

Unfortunately, we cannot cook any outside food or protein due to insurance and pricing policies.

12. Do I need to prepare anything for the event?

Please set up tables, chairs, and utensils and prepare drinks like water for your guests. We will take care of the rest.

13. I am allergic to peanuts and sesame. Do you have peanuts and sesame in the hibachi meals?

We do not have peanut and sesame in our hibachi meals.

14. What if a guest doesn’t eat meat?

We offer tofu as a vegetarian and vegan option. The per-person rate remains the same, and we’ll include extra vegetables, salad, and noodles in their meal.

15. Is there a gluten-free option?

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate gluten-free needs. Just bring your preferred gluten-free soy or teriyaki sauce, and the chef will prepare your meal separately.
